Q:what are some good exercise or nutrition or healthy lifestyle books/magazines? keep in mind i live in australia so they may not be all avaliable

For books; Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, Breaking free from emotional eating by Geneen Roth also for specifically teens  and The Diet for teenagers only which is really good because its an easy read and has great recipes. 

For cookbooks;(It changes all the time and usually I just wing whatever I’m making) I really like The inspired vegetarian by Christine Ingram and Kids fun and healthy cookbook by Nicola Grammies ( Its honestly my favorite healthy cookbook haha its easy and fun and has good pictures especially if you’re new to a healthy lifestyle and or cooking I would recommend this.) 

For magazines: Heres my top 2 cause this getting lengthy sorry! haha. The ones I get every month are better nutrition(personal favorite) and SELF.

It takes 3 months to get into shape and 3 weeks to fall out of shape. Keep pushing yourself, a LITTLE everyday makes a BIG difference in the long run:)

Me to then I realize that is so silly. Instead think of all the reasons why you are so successful and you can make yourself better. No ones a failure and if you screw up so what? We all do. After we’re only human <3

Q:I don't cry, ever. I have pushed away all the terrible things that I've been through deeper and deeper inside of me until I could not feel anymore. I turned 20 last week and it has caused it all to break out. The night of my birthday I cried my self to sleep, and every day since then I can't stop crying. I'm just so sad and I don't know what to do.

You can’t just ignore your feelings that will only make things worse. I know it might be uncomfortable to ask for help or tell someone trust me I’ve been there but its the only way to get to a better you and feel better. I sincerely hope you feel better. Love yourself, find a creative outlet, do things that make you happy. You will find happiness I promise. & Happy Birthday (:

Q:i give people advice but i myself seldomly follow my own advice. i'm afraid one day i fail and what people would think about me?

I’m the same exact way. I can’t seem to take my own advice. I really should though. I think you can’t worry about what people think of you. Its a hard thing to do and everyone no matter what they say cares but you can’t let that control your life. Its something I’ve began to try and not care. But its impossible to not care I think there is a difference though theres a line between caring about what people think and not letting it phase you and living in fear of what people think and letting it control you.
